Electrical Compliance Supervisor – FIFO 8:6 – WA Sites

About the role

Sodexo is seeking an Electrical Compliance Supervisor to join its Pilbara team on an 8:6 FIFO roster. This permanent, full‑time position ensures electrical compliance across multiple sites in Western Australia and supports training, investigations and logbook management.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain statutory compliance of electrical installations and workmanship across the region.
• Deliver electrical and wanding training, conduct electrical shock investigations and manage mine site logbooks.
• Act as a nominee for electrical compliance matters and oversee quality of electrical trades.

Required profile

• Trade qualification as an electrician with a current A‑grade Electrical License.
• Electrical contractor’s licence or nominee qualification.
• Occupational Health and Safety Certificate and strong safety awareness.
• Experience as an Electrical Mechanic on commercial, mine and maintenance sites.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of hard FM services and Australian Standards, Rules and Regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
