Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Orde Financial is looking for a hands‑on Digital Marketing Specialist to join its growing Marketing team. You will translate briefs into polished digital assets, manage website content, and support paid and organic campaigns that reach brokers, borrowers, investors and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage website updates and content delivery through the CMS, ensuring accuracy and a strong user experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external developers to publish and optimise web pages, landing pages, forms and tracking tags.
• Execute paid and organic activities across social and web channels, including ad creation, social posts, webinars and product launches.
• Support email and SMS customer journeys using Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Implement and quality‑assure digital assets, aligning them with campaign goals and performance metrics.
• Identify optimisation opportunities and contribute ideas to improve UX, navigation and overall site performance.

• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with stakeholders across the business.

Required skills

• Experience with a Content Management System (CMS) for website updates.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud for email/SMS campaigns.
• Knowledge of digital advertising platforms and social media channel management.
• Ability to create and QA landing pages, forms, ads and tracking implementations.
