Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Manager to lead end‑to‑end campaigns for a leading Australian consumer healthcare and wellness brand. Based in Sydney, you will drive performance across digital channels, optimise e‑commerce presence and collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage digital marketing activity across campaigns, always‑on initiatives and key brand priorities.
• Support SEO, SEM and AI discovery strategies to improve visibility and digital performance.
• Coordinate website updates, landing pages and digital campaign assets.
• Work closely with media agencies and internal stakeholders to optimise paid media performance.
• Support Amazon and e‑commerce content optimisation across product listings and digital shelf execution.
• Manage organic social strategy, content planning and community engagement.
• Review campaign performance across GA4, Google Ads, social, eDM and website analytics.
• Turn data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Manage timelines, briefs, approvals and stakeholder communication across multiple projects.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, organic social, eDM and content marketing.
• Experience using GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager and CMS tools.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Previous experience within FMCG, healthcare, wellness or consumer brands is highly regarded.
