Designer - Luxury Homes

About the role

We are looking for a Designer to lead the sketch and planning phases of luxury residential projects. You will work closely with clients and an offshore team to produce council‑ready documentation while contributing to a high‑output design studio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client‑facing sketch and planning design phases for luxury two‑storey homes, coastal builds, boutique renovations and small commercial projects.
• Collaborate with offshore designers to develop documentation ready for council approval.
• Apply energy‑efficient and sustainable design practices, including Passive House (Passivhaus) principles, with full training provided.
• Contribute to a team delivering over 160 architectural drawings per year.
• Maintain strong liaison with clients and planning authorities.

Required profile

• Strong residential design experience with a creative edge.
• Confidence presenting concepts and meeting clients.
• Comfortable with basic drafting and coordinating with offshore teams.
• Passion for sustainable architecture and innovation.

What we offer

• Salary $90,000 – $120,000 + Super (DOE).
