Delivery Coordinator, Design

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Delivery Coordinator, Design to lead the coordination of design deliverables across multiple infrastructure projects in South Melbourne. You will ensure that design outputs are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while supporting a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate design delivery activities across several projects.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and managing design documentation and drawings.
• Monitor project schedules, track progress, and help resolve delivery issues.
• Support project reporting, change management, and cost‑control activities.
• Maintain CAD standards, systems, and project procedures.
• Liaise with design, technical, project management, and construction teams.
• Assist in planning resources and work programmes to meet project objectives.
• Support risk identification, forecasting, and mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, company standards, and industry regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in architectural drafting, design coordination, or a similar technical environment within infrastructure.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Architecture, Design, or a related discipline.
• Strong organisational, planning, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced project setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD systems.
• Experience managing design documentation and drawing deliverables.
