Customer Service Representative – Fixed Term (12 months)

About the role

Join ResMed’s Customer Support team in Sydney on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will deliver exceptional service to customers using phone, email, chat and other channels, handling enquiries about products, warranties, orders and clinical assistance.

Key responsibilities

  • Process customer orders for medical supplies and equipment and maintain accurate account records.
  • Enter and update data in web‑based tools, track deadlines and manage tasks.
  • Document technical and customer‑reported issues in the ticketing system and recommend resolutions.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet service and sales goals.
  • Provide metrics and reports to management as required.

Required profile

  • Minimum of 1 year of related customer service experience.
  • Broad knowledge of routine procedures for day‑to‑day situations.
  • Ability to follow established procedures with limited discretion.
  • Completed vocational training or equivalent experience.

Required skills

  • Data entry.
  • Use of ticketing/note systems.
  • Basic proficiency with web‑based order management tools.
