About the role
The Customer Service Representative will join ResMed's Customer Care Team to provide first‑line support across phone, email and chat. You will help customers with product enquiries, order processing, warranties and general complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally via multiple channels while meeting service level agreements.
- Process orders for medical supplies and equipment accurately and maintain customer account records.
- Document interactions and technical issues in the ticketing system, escalating when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve service and sales targets.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or support.
- Strong English communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Familiarity with standard procedures and ability to follow established processes with limited supervision.
Required skills
- Experience using CRM or ticketing systems.
