Customer Relations Representative

About the role

The Customer Relations Representative will provide high‑level service to Viatris customers and external stakeholders via phone and email, building strong relationships and ensuring an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service to Viatris customers and external stakeholders through phone and email.
• Build and maintain relationships to ensure a superior customer experience.
• Process orders, credits, and returns.
• Liaise with cross‑functional teams to fulfil ad‑hoc requests and meet business needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in pharmacy or business (preferred but not required).
• At least 1 year experience working in a pharmacy.
• Experience in a customer‑facing role is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hardworking, punctual, and patient.
• Eligibility to work in Australia (Australian citizen or appropriate visa holder).
