Course Adviser – Higher Education Student Support

About the role

The Course Adviser will guide prospective students through their enrolment journey, helping them choose the right programmes and supporting their transition into study. This is a permanent, full‑time position based at any AIPC campus with a hybrid work arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with prospective students, families and stakeholders.
• Guide students through the enrolment process, answering queries and ensuring smooth transitions.
• Promote the brand and educational offerings through outreach and marketing activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
• Maintain accurate records and databases with strong organisational skills.
• Motivate and inspire students to achieve their educational and career aspirations.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
• High sales and engagement capability, including asking quality questions and generating leads.
• Highly organised, results‑driven and goal‑oriented with excellent time‑management.
• Passionate about education and supporting people, especially in primary industries.
• Adaptable, proactive, computer‑literate and experienced in customer‑facing or sales environments.
• Possess or be willing to obtain a Working With Children Check (WWCC) employee clearance.
