Contractor Engagement Consultant

About the role

Evolve Scientific, a leading scientific recruitment agency, is seeking a Contractor Engagement Consultant to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne. You will be the primary liaison for our contractor community, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from onboarding through off‑boarding.

Key responsibilities

• Draft accurate contract amendments and end‑of‑assignment letters using approved templates.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and sales teams to manage compliant contractor off‑boarding.
• Serve as the main point of contact for contractors, handling payroll, insurance, travel, expenses, and contract‑related queries.
• Maintain proactive engagement throughout the contractor lifecycle and meet Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets.
• Address feedback from NPS surveys and uphold Evolve Scientific’s code of conduct and HSE policies.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred but not essential.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
