Content Writer

About the role

JLL is looking for a Content Writer to craft compelling stories that shape how clients and audiences experience the brand. You will develop and execute an innovative content plan guided by an overarching content pillar strategy, producing written, visual and video assets across marketing and communications channels for your allocated region. The role sits within the Portfolio team and works closely with stakeholders to maximise the distribution and effectiveness of content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver written content across all channels, and curate visual and video assets
• Collect, distribute and publish third-party content suited to each platform's audience
• Monitor, investigate and test strategic trends to give clients actionable insights
• Test creative production opportunities to improve efficiency across the business
• Provide editorial support as required
• Collaborate with the Portfolio team to maximise content distribution
• Run needs analysis with clients and stakeholders
• Commission and direct photography for assets and campaigns

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in journalism, writing, communications or a related field
• At least 2 years' experience creating, managing and distributing content across owned, earned and paid media channels
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to turn ideas into timely, relevant content and to manage competing priorities in a fast pace
• Proactive, able to work independently and in a team

Required skills

• Experience with content management system (CMS) platforms
• Preferred: graphic design principles, photo and video shoot management
• Preferred: good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Monday.com and content scheduling platforms
