Consultant / Senior Consultant – Health & Social Services

About the role

We are looking for a Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our health and social services consultancy. You will work on a mix of strategy, service design and evaluation projects for a range of client partners, using agile‑like principles to deliver impact.

Key responsibilities

• Source, analyse and interpret data on health and social needs, service issues and policy priorities.
• Gather insights through interviews, focus groups and surveys with people with lived experience, community members, frontline workers and decision‑makers.
• Develop slide decks, reports and communication materials that translate technical analysis into compelling stories.
• Present findings, lead workshops and facilitate meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Plan and scope work to delight clients while continuously improving practice.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in management consulting or a comparable professional services environment.
• Experience delivering projects in a health or human services context.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications such as public health, strategy, evaluation, design, policy or business.
• Strong analytical mindset, relationship‑building ability and a ‘ship it’ mentality.
• Willingness to be based in Queensland (applications accepted Australia‑wide).
