Concierge – Luxury Resort Guest Services

About the role

As a Concierge at Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas you will be the face of hospitality, delivering personalised assistance, local insights and exceptional service to make each guest’s stay memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Foster genuine connections with guests, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
• Assist guests with transport, travel arrangements, luggage delivery, storage, parking and valet services.
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Provide expert recommendations for local attractions, restaurants and activities.
• Promote seamless communication and cooperation among Housekeeping, Front Office, Reservations and Maintenance teams.

Required profile

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in high‑pressure situations.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of the local area or willingness to learn quickly.
• Valid driver’s licence to operate onsite buggy.
• Willingness to work a flexible rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
