Compliance Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Trainer to join our Bald Hill Mining team, supporting the restart of the Bald Hill Lithium Mine. The role operates on an 8‑day on, 6‑day off FIFO roster based out of Perth, delivering training and assessment to meet legislative and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Nationally Recognised Training, VOC and site‑based training sessions in line with MRL Training Systems.
• Promote and support MRL Training Standards, mentor authorised assessors and ensure consistent use of training documentation.
• Assist sites in meeting compliance training requirements and identify training gaps with stakeholders.
• Review plant and equipment programs, provide feedback to ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Develop training packages, plans and maintain accurate training records per RTO and company standards.
• Support workplaces to achieve proficiency beyond basic competency.

Required profile

• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent – essential.
• Demonstrated experience in mining or heavy‑vehicle operations, haulage, crushing, maintenance or surface mobile equipment.
• Current RII tickets for relevant machinery and WorkSafe High‑Risk licences.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
• Current C‑class driver’s licence.
