Commission-Only Appointment Setter – Outbound Outreach Specialist

About the role

Wharq is seeking an experienced Appointment Setter to drive outbound outreach and fill the sales calendar with qualified meetings. This commission‑only position is focused on high‑impact conversations with business owners and decision‑makers across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, direct messages and approved channels.
• Initiate and nurture conversations with founders, operators and other decision‑makers.
• Book qualified appointments directly into the Wharq calendar.
• Follow up persistently without appearing desperate or spammy.
• Track all interactions, booked calls, no‑shows, replies and opportunities.
• Collaborate with a high‑performance team focused on speed and results.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound outreach and appointment setting.
• Ability to craft messages that generate replies and drive engagement.
• Comfortable being measured by results and handling direct feedback.
• Self‑motivated, competitive and commercially minded.
• Willing to work on a commission‑only basis with uncapped earning potential.
