Clinical Supervisor (Occupational Therapist)

About the role

Ignite Healthcare is a clinician-led, community-based allied health provider working across Melbourne, offering care in homes, schools, communities and hubs. Due to its growth, it is looking for an Occupational Therapy Clinical Supervisor to supervise clinicians who are new to or early in their Allied Health community practice, helping them build confidence and skills. The role is full-time or part-time.

Key responsibilities

• Support Occupational Therapy students on clinical placement with Ignite Healthcare.
• Provide clinical supervision to new graduate clinicians, early career clinicians and clinicians new to community practice in occupational therapy.
• Achieve individual key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Tertiary education in Occupational Therapy.
• Registered with AHPRA.
• Clinical experience in the disability sector (NDIS, My Aged Care Home Care Package).
• Preferred: experience in an interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary allied health environment.
• Current driver's licence.
