Client Solutions Manager – Commerce (AUNZ)

About the role

TikTok’s Global Business Solutions team is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to lead the Commerce – Fashion vertical across Australia and New Zealand. You will act as a solutions expert, partnering with internal teams to drive advertiser success and expand post‑sale relationships.

Key responsibilities

• nurture and grow client relationships in collaboration with the Client Partner, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and revenue growth.
• conduct regular business reviews and adopt a consultative approach to build long‑term partnerships.
• analyse campaign performance, investigate account data, and recommend optimisations for better outcomes.
• generate data‑driven insights and audience analyses to shape go‑to‑market strategies and vertical programs.
• provide marketplace feedback to refine TikTok’s advertising strategy.
• manage marketing‑science programmes from feasibility to test‑and‑learn design.
• stay up‑to‑date with TikTok’s ad products and features.
• educate clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices.
• collaborate with cross‑functional internal teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in ad sales, marketing, or a related support function.
• strong background in digital media platforms, performance marketing and ad metrics.
• experience running app campaigns and understanding of the app ecosystem.
• proven ability to analyse data and deliver actionable insights.
• excellent verbal and written communication skills.
