About the role

We are looking for a motivated, patient‑focused individual to join our Carindale clinic as a Casual Receptionist / Clinical Assistant. The role combines front‑desk duties with clinical support, ensuring smooth operations in a fast‑paced radiology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients, manage appointments and respond to enquiries.
• Assist clinical staff with patient preparation, workflow coordination and image processing.
• Maintain accurate administrative records, billing information and patient confidentiality.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper presentation of clinic facilities and equipment.
• Provide coverage during staff leave or periods of high demand.
