Cabin Crew

About the role

Join Jetstar as a Cabin Crew member and be the face of the airline on flights across Australia. You will ensure safety, deliver excellent service, and create a memorable travel experience for passengers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct safety briefings and manage onboard safety procedures.
• Respond confidently to dynamic situations and emergencies.
• Provide high‑quality customer service from boarding to touchdown.
• Anticipate passenger needs, ensuring they are hydrated and well‑fed.
• Work collaboratively with fellow crew members to keep the cabin running smoothly.

Required profile

• At least 18 years of age.
• Minimum 1 year of customer‑service experience.
• Valid passport with at least 12 months remaining.
• Unlimited working rights in Australia (no sponsorship required).
• Willingness to obtain or hold current First Aid, CPR, and RSA certifications.
• Physically fit, able to swim and tread water, and meet safety reach requirements (212 cm reach, max height 186 cm).
• Flexible to work shift patterns, including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to 8 weeks of paid, full‑time ground‑school training.
• Based in Brisbane and willing to live and work there.
