About the role
The Non‑Financial Risk Business Analyst will support ANZ's Talent & Culture function in delivering the PACT program, ensuring risk‑related activities are embedded across the division. This permanent role focuses on translating program requirements into actionable plans and fostering sustainable risk practices.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct business analysis and change impact assessments for program deliverables, producing clear requirements, delivery plans and stakeholder maps.
- Support the uplift of NFR processes and procedures to align with risk management expectations.
- Design and deliver end‑to‑end adoption plans, including communications, training, engagement and readiness activities.
- Coordinate across program streams (change management, data migration, communications) to manage dependencies and delivery risk.
- Facilitate workshops, capture decisions and actions, and prepare high‑quality artefacts for senior stakeholders.
- Establish feedback loops, readiness checks and sustainability reviews to monitor adoption over time.
Required profile
- Experience in risk, change and delivery within a corporate environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of cross‑functional teams.
