Business Analyst – Digital Transformation (6‑month contract)

About the role

Centorrino Technologies is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the NTPF Digital Transformation Program in Darwin. This 6‑month contract will focus on delivering major digital and business transformation initiatives for the Northern Territory Government, improving operational capability, community safety, and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder workshops, interviews and discovery sessions to capture business and functional requirements.
• Analyse current processes and design future‑state workflows to support digital transformation.
• Produce business analysis artefacts such as requirements documents, user stories, process maps, functional specifications, gap analyses and traceability matrices.
• Collaborate with users, project teams, architects, developers and external agencies to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• Support solution design by identifying risks, dependencies, impacts and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate reviews and approvals of analysis deliverables with key stakeholders.
• Assist with test planning, test case development, UAT and validation of business outcomes.
• Support implementation, business readiness, change management and stakeholder adoption activities.
• Maintain project documentation in line with governance, security and information management standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale digital transformation and business systems projects in complex or highly governed environments.
• Strong capability in requirements elicitation, business process analysis, process mapping, documentation, testing and solution implementation support.
• Experience translating business needs into practical technology solutions, identifying process gaps, risks and improvement opportunities.
