Brand Designer – AI‑Powered Design Studio

About the role

Reejig is building an AI‑powered workforce and needs a Brand Designer to shape its visual identity across all touchpoints. You will work in the global Production Studio, collaborating with marketing, product, customer and leadership teams to create enterprise‑grade brand experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality brand assets for digital and physical channels, maintaining and evolving Reejig’s global brand identity.
• Create content and marketing assets such as social media posts, LinkedIn carousels, sales and customer presentations, learning materials, digital ads, event collateral, infographics, whitepapers, thought‑leadership pieces and webinar visuals.
• Develop website pages, landing pages and other digital experiences, partnering with product and marketing to improve engagement and conversion.
• Build AI‑enabled design workflows using tools like Claude, Canva, Figma and emerging AI design platforms, creating reusable templates, design systems and production frameworks.
• Translate ideas into compelling visual stories for campaigns, launches, events and community programs, experimenting with new formats and technologies.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in brand design, visual design or a related creative discipline.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing, product, customer and leadership teams.
• Interest in AI‑driven design processes and willingness to experiment with emerging tools.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Claude, Canva and Figma.
• Experience using AI‑enabled design platforms and creating design systems.
