B&PB Onboarding Specialist

About the role

The Business & Private Banking (B&PB) Onboarding Specialist will manage end‑to‑end onboarding cases for B&PB and PCM/Institutional customers. You will work closely with the Transaction Banking sales team to deliver a seamless experience for new and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding of all B&PB and PCM/Institutional products, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines.
• Provide product training to customers to drive engagement and usage.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer efficiency and enhance the Transaction Banking brand.
• Contribute to the acquisition of new customers and the introduction of new products.
• Adhere to risk management standards and compliance obligations.
• Track and report on case closures, productivity, utilisation and SLA performance.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of deposits, B&PB and PCM/Institutional products.
• Customer‑focused mindset with proven relationship‑management abilities.
• Ability to deliver results through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality service delivery.
