BizPlatform Lead

About the role

The BizPlatform Lead is responsible for the strategy, performance, delivery and growth of BizPlatform – ANZ’s digital origination capability for Business & Private Bank customers. This role ensures the platform supports lending objectives while delivering strong outcomes for customers, bankers and the business.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the BizPlatform strategy aligned with growth targets.
• Own the platform roadmap and backlog, balancing new growth opportunities with regulatory and risk requirements.
• Lead delivery of platform enhancements, regulatory changes and expansion initiatives.
• Drive platform performance, improve operational efficiency and strengthen control maturity.
• Collaborate across Business, Risk, Operations, Technology and external partners to ensure resilience and future‑ready capability.
• Manage ongoing platform operations, monitoring risk, commercial and customer outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in digital platforms, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of lending processes, risk management and regulatory change.
• Demonstrated ability to set strategy, influence stakeholders and deliver complex technology initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management across business, technology and external partners.
