BIM Coordinator

About the role

Join Woolworths 360 as a BIM Coordinator and own the Revit process for retail store design projects. You will work hybrid from Sydney or Brisbane, supporting a 12‑month fixed‑term contract and helping to deliver future‑proof stores.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee, maintain and optimise Revit libraries across multiple brands, ensuring assets are up‑to‑date and compliant with Woolworths standards.
• Develop, test and maintain complex parametric Revit families tailored to retail environments.
• Support architecture teams with efficient modelling, providing training and guidance.
• Act as the primary BIM contact for design teams, facilitating coordination meetings and communicating technical requirements.
• Assist with project setup, model maintenance and issue resolution within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Conduct regular model audits to ensure adherence to BIM standards and internal design guidelines.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and market trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience in BIM coordination or advanced drafting, preferably in retail or commercial sectors.
• Minimum 3 years of Autodesk Revit project experience from concept to construction documentation.
• Relevant degree or qualification in architecture or a related field.
• Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams and external partners.
• Passion for training peers and maintaining consistent modelling standards.
• Self‑starting mindset with a focus on automating workflows and solving root‑cause issues.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, including complex family creation and library organisation.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for model management.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and parametric modelling techniques.
