About the role
ANZ is looking for a part‑time Banking Consultant to join its Chinatown branch in Sydney. You will deliver a seamless banking experience, helping customers meet their financial needs and guiding them toward digital solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customers with a seamless branch experience by handling transactions, conducting needs‑based conversations and educating them on digital solutions.
- Act as a role model and peer coach within a collaborative team to ensure the highest level of customer service.
- Drive increased customer engagement and advocacy, creating real value for clients.
- Participate in and support bank programmes and initiatives.
- Maintain a thorough ‘know your customer’ approach from a risk perspective.
- Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Exceptional customer focus.
- Retail banking experience (advantage).
- Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin.
