Banking Consultant – Sunshine Coast

About the role

As a Banking Consultant in ANZ’s Retail Banking division, you will deliver seamless banking experiences to customers across the Sunshine Coast. You will address end‑to‑end financial needs, provide advice, and promote digital solutions while ensuring compliance and risk awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers in needs‑based conversations and guide them to appropriate financial products.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently in‑branch.
• Promote and educate customers on digital banking channels.
• Maintain high standards of customer service to turn clients into advocates for ANZ.
• Support branch initiatives, including occasional Saturday shifts.
• Ensure compliance with ANZ policies, procedures, and risk requirements.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focus with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and act as a peer coach.
• Commitment to delivering on ANZ’s Customer Promises.
• Flexibility to work part‑time, full‑time, or casual schedules as needed.
