Banking Consultant – Part‑time (Bondi Junction)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Banking Consultant to join our Bondi Junction branch. In this permanent role you will deliver a seamless banking experience, helping customers meet their financial goals through transactions, advice and digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with end‑to‑end banking services, including transactions, needs‑based conversations and digital education.
• Act as a role model and peer coach within a collaborative branch team.
• Drive customer engagement and advocacy, contributing to branch performance targets.
• Participate in bank programmes and initiatives.
• Maintain “know‑your‑customer” standards and manage risk appropriately.
• Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focused mindset, preferably with retail banking experience.
• Comfortable using and promoting technology and digital banking tools.
• Ability to conduct needs‑based conversations and provide tailored financial solutions.
