About the role
As a Banking Consultant in ANZ’s Retail Banking division, you will deliver a seamless banking experience to customers at the Broadbeach branch. You will address end‑to‑end financial needs, conduct needs‑based conversations and promote digital solutions while ensuring compliance and risk standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality customer service and act as a peer coach and role model within the branch.
- Complete customer transactions and recommend products according to your accreditation level.
- Drive customer engagement and advocacy through personalized financial advice.
- Support bank programmes and initiatives, including digital channel adoption.
- Maintain “know your customer” risk assessments and adhere to ANZ policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Strong customer focus, preferably with retail banking experience.
- Comfortable using and promoting digital banking technologies.
- Ability to multitask, adapt to change and work collaboratively.
- Good understanding of compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
