Automation Administrator – Microsoft Power Platform

About the role

The Automation Administrator, Microsoft will work closely with IT and business stakeholders to analyse processes and design, implement, and support automation solutions. This position is part of the M365 Product team and focuses on the governance, operation, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Power Platform and Nintex automation environments.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and configure Microsoft Power Platform and Nintex environments, ensuring security, reliability and compliance.
• Support citizen developers and service lines in building and deploying Power Apps, Power Automate flows and Nintex workflows.
• Maintain the Power Platform Centre of Excellence practices, including change control and release management.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deliver scalable, secure integrations and automation solutions.
• Monitor platform performance, optimise existing automations and drive measurable efficiency improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automation, low‑code platforms or application administration.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and/or Nintex technologies.
• Understanding of AI capabilities in business contexts is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a solid grasp of software development lifecycle practices.
