At Your Service Agent

About the role

We are looking for an At Your Service Agent to join the Guest Services team at Marriott Hotels in Adelaide. You will be the front‑line contact for guests, helping them feel welcome and ensuring their stay runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Guest Services team with daily operational tasks.
• Assign rooms according to guest requests and preferences.
• Handle general hotel enquiries and engage guests throughout their stay.
• Verify and adjust guest billing, responding to questions with attention to detail.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating needs and encouraging future bookings.

Required profile

• Experience with the OPERA property management system or a similar PMS.
• Relevant experience in a comparable hospitality role.
• Legal right to work in Australia.
• Enthusiastic, self‑motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive, solution‑oriented attitude.
