About the role
Run the deals that make front‑page news on a genuinely global platform. Energy transition is a core practice at this leading international law firm, with the Australian team delivering some of the country’s largest renewable M&A transactions in the past two years.
Key responsibilities
- Run market‑leading transactions within the national Energy practice
- Lead significant aspects of complex energy and resources matters
- Drive strategy directly with partners and clients
- Mentor and develop junior lawyers
- Help grow client relationships through proactive business development
Required profile
- 2–8 years' post‑qualification experience from a top‑tier or leading international firm
- Strong track record on complex energy and resources transactions
- Energy experience is a plus
- Commercial mindset and appetite for business development
