Associate Lawyer – Litigation, Property & Construction

About the role

Chambers Russell Lawyers is seeking a motivated Associate Lawyer to join its national commercial practice. The role focuses on commercial litigation, strata, insurance, and construction law, allowing you to manage your own caseload while receiving guidance from senior partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an independent caseload from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare client communications.
• Collaborate with partners and senior lawyers on complex matters.
• Maintain accurate case records and billing entries.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
• Proven ability to handle cases or transactions end‑to‑end.
• Excellent legal writing, research, and communication skills.
• Alignment with the firm’s values and commitment to continuous learning.
