Associate Director – Medico Broker (Health Banker/Broker)

About the role

Medi Financial is seeking two experienced Associate Directors to lead high‑performance teams of health bankers and medico brokers. You will operate from our state‑of‑the‑art Sydney (and Melbourne) offices, leveraging our branding, backend support and extensive referral networks to build your own client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a book of doctor and other professional clients, providing sophisticated lending advice.
• Utilise Medi Financial and Impala Financial brands to generate leads and close mortgage transactions.
• Maintain compliance with lending regulations and stay abreast of market dynamics.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Medico Mortgage Broker or Health Banker.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Willingness to hold or obtain a Cert IV/Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking.

• Mortgage broking expertise.
• Knowledge of mortgage products and lending regulations.
