The Assistant Fresh Convenience Manager supports the department leader in delivering a consistently excellent shopping experience for customers. This entry‑level leadership position provides hands‑on exposure to store operations, safety standards, and team collaboration within Woolworths Group.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the department manager in daily store operations and merchandising.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed for both team members and customers.
• Support the department team with product availability, stock replenishment, and visual standards.
• Collaborate with other store areas to create a seamless customer journey.
• Model customer‑focused behaviours such as acknowledging, caring for, and thanking shoppers.
