AI Content Writer - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AI Content Writer to help train and improve AI chatbots. You will measure model progress, evaluate logic, and solve problems to enhance the quality of each AI system. The role requires expert-level writing, editing, and content development, with a background in communications or journalism.

Key responsibilities

• Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and assess their outputs.
• Evaluate the quality of AI‑generated content for correctness, relevance, and performance.
• Provide feedback to improve model accuracy and consistency.

Required profile

• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
• Only applicants residing in Australia will be considered.
• Independent contractor willing to work remotely.
