Agile Consultant – AI

About the role

Infosys is seeking an Agile Consultant with a focus on AI to lead and coach client and delivery teams in adopting AI‑enabled ways of working. You will drive transformation initiatives, modernise processes, and embed AI and Generative AI tools across the software engineering and management lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Coach teams on Agile frameworks and product‑centric operating models.
• Implement AI governance practices and measure AI‑driven value.
• Guide the integration of AI/Generative AI tools into DevOps toolchains and cloud platforms.
• Support stakeholder management, engineering leadership, and change management for large enterprise clients.
• Facilitate automation, platform engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven consulting delivery experience with strong stakeholder and change management skills.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, product‑centric operating models, and AI governance.
• Experience with modern engineering practices, DevOps toolchains, and cloud environments.
• Ability to solve complex technology transformation challenges.
