Admission Officer

About the role

The Admission Officer will manage the end‑to‑end application process for students aiming to study in Australia, supporting the Sydney counselling team and handling fee and account tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Submit and monitor student applications to Australian education providers, ensuring all documentation is complete.
• Communicate with colleges and universities to expedite offer letters and Confirmation of Enrollments.
• Collect required documents from clients, format them correctly, and follow up on missing items.
• Coordinate fee collection, record financial transactions, and assign reconciliation tasks to the accounts team.
• Support Sydney counsellors with application‑related queries and provide necessary information.
• Conduct cold‑calling outreach to prospective students and institutions to promote services.

Required profile

• Degree in education, business administration or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in admissions, student services or educational consultancy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with application management systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
