Workplace Technology Analyst

About the role

The Workplace Technology Analyst provides front‑line desktop support to end users in a busy technology hub. Working both on‑site and remotely, you will keep hardware, software, and communication tools operating smoothly in a fast‑paced corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 1/2 desktop support in person and remotely, logging and managing incidents and service requests through to closure.
• Install, configure, and support end‑user hardware and mobile devices, including those managed via MDM.
• Coordinate with the hardware service provider for failures, replacements, and warranty repairs.
• Provide hands‑on assistance to remote resolver teams and support small projects such as floor moves and relocations.
• Support corporate events and town‑halls using Unified Communications tools like Webex and Microsoft Stream.

Required profile

• Strong Level 1/2 desktop support experience, both face‑to‑face and remote.
• Proven experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 suite, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Cisco Webex.
• Experience managing mobile devices on iOS and Android platforms.
• Good communication, customer service, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, SCCM, hardware asset management, and ITSM tools (ServiceNow desirable).
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL v4 Foundation, CompTIA A+, or a tertiary qualification in IT are a plus.
