Visual Designer

About the role

Vidico is seeking a Visual Designer to join its Melbourne studio in Cremorne. You will create compelling visual assets for a range of high‑profile clients, from print and out‑of‑home to digital and video‑based campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Design print, OOH and digital marketing materials that follow client brand guidelines.
• Produce graphic and digital assets for video creatives, including abstracted interfaces and motion‑friendly elements.
• Collaborate with production teams to apply design principles such as balance, contrast and rhythm within dynamic video content.
• Create mood boards and mock‑ups to communicate concepts and gather stakeholder feedback.
• Maintain consistency and quality across all projects while meeting tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in graphic design or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional design experience.
• Strong design instincts and an obsession with craft.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
