Virtual Pharmacy Representative (12‑month Fixed Term)

About the role

This 12‑month fixed‑term position is a Virtual Pharmacy Representative based in Sydney. You will drive sales of dispensary and OTC pharmacy products across a defined territory, delivering a first‑class telesales experience.

Key responsibilities

• Exceed net sales targets for dispensary and OTC products within a non‑supporting acquisition territory.
• Conduct per‑call planning and territory analysis to meet call objectives.
• Use business insights, analytics and innovative deal‑level strategies to enhance the sales experience.
• Make a telesales call to 100% of defined customers each month.
• Set stretch call objectives to move accounts along the buying continuum before and after each call.
• Generate leads with non‑supporting businesses and transfer them to sales regions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business or Science.
• At least 1 year of sales experience or pharmacy experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in Australia (Australian citizen or appropriate visa holder).
