Technical Services Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Services Manager to lead our Asset Management and Planning & Scheduling functions, driving asset performance and maintenance excellence across complex facilities contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Asset Management and Planning & Scheduling teams.
• Develop and maintain strategic asset management plans, lifecycle cost models and capital works programmes.
• Oversee CMMS and ERP systems, ensuring optimal use for asset and facilities management.
• Analyse performance data to improve scheduling efficiency and maintenance delivery.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory standards (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Gas, Water).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership capability with a strategic, results‑driven mindset.
• Proven experience in asset management, maintenance or facilities management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• CMMS and ERP system expertise.
• Asset and work management practices.
• Maintenance planning and service delivery.
• Knowledge of Australian Standards and OEM requirements.
• Familiarity with ISO 55001 principles.
