Technical Lead Full Stack Mobile – AI

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Lead to drive the design and delivery of our mobile full‑stack applications that incorporate AI capabilities. The role combines hands‑on development with team leadership, ensuring high‑quality code and seamless user experiences on both Android and iOS platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a cross‑functional team in building and maintaining React Native mobile applications.
• Architect and implement AI‑enabled features across the product suite.
• Define technical standards, code reviews, and testing strategies using Jest.
• Collaborate with product owners to create user stories and refine backlog in Jira.
• Integrate third‑party services such as payment gateways and Google Maps.
• Maintain UI/UX consistency using design tools like Figma.
• Champion Agile/Scrum practices and act as Scrum Master when required.

Required profile

• 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience with React Native.
• Proven track record leading mobile development teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
