About the role
Tranzformd is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruitment across its consulting and project delivery engagements. The role focuses on sourcing high‑quality candidates for technical, transformation and PMO‑related positions while assisting with broader people‑operations and onboarding tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively source candidates for technical, transformation, delivery and PMO roles.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across key capability areas.
- Conduct initial screening and qualification calls with candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and maintain recruitment records.
- Support onboarding and off‑boarding administration activities.
- Assist with compliance, system updates, and general people‑operations tasks.
- Collaborate with leadership, hiring managers and consultants to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Required profile
- Previous experience in sourcing, recruitment coordination or talent acquisition (preferred).
- Strong capability using LinkedIn, job boards and sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Positive, proactive and team‑oriented mindset.
- Interest in recruitment, consulting or people‑operations environments.
- Experience supporting technical, transformation or project delivery recruitment is highly regarded.
