Supply Planning Coordinator

About the role

The Supply Planning Coordinator will support ALOIS and its multinational clients by translating demand forecasts into actionable supply plans. Working in a hybrid setting from Kilsyth, you will ensure optimal inventory levels and stability across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse demand forecasts using statistical methods and cross‑functional intelligence.
• Disaggregate the demand plan and set optimal inventory parameters (min/max levels, reorder points, tracking signals).
• Run simulation scenarios to assess the impact of parameter changes on key performance indicators.
• Monitor abnormal demand signals and stock level deviations, adjusting plans as approved.
• Prepare executive and detailed reports on supply‑demand alignment and KPI outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental standards and quality procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement projects.
