Site/Event Coordinator for Snowtopia 2026

About the role

We are looking for a Site/Event Coordinator to support Snowtopia 2026, a large‑scale family winter event launching in Liverpool, NSW this June. The role combines remote work with on‑site presence to ensure the event runs smoothly from set‑up to tear‑down.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate suppliers and manage logistics for all event components.
• Handle administrative tasks, scheduling, and documentation.
• Support on‑site operations, including set‑up, crowd flow, and post‑event breakdown.
• Travel to the event site as needed and work weekends during peak periods.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in live events or large‑scale event coordination.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to fast‑paced environments.
• Comfort with adopting new technology.

Required skills

• Forklift operation
• Elevated Work Platform (EWP) handling
• Rigging experience
• Valid driver’s licence
• Working With Children (WWC) clearance or CAD experience (preferred)
