Site Supervisor – Remedial Construction

About the role

The successful candidate will lead day‑to‑day operations on multiple remedial and upgrade construction sites across Sydney. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating closely with subcontractors, consultants and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise trades, subcontractors and on‑site labour across diverse projects.
• Coordinate site activities, programme delivery and logistics.
• Maintain safety compliance and documentation, including White Card requirements.
• Liaise with Project Managers, consultants and clients to ensure alignment.
• Manage materials, deliveries and site inventory.
• Drive programme efficiency and monitor workmanship quality.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman or Leading Hand.
• Background in remedial construction, fit‑out, refurbishment or commercial projects.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate trades effectively.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Valid White Card and driver's licence.
