Site Manager – Residential Construction

About the role

Burbank is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of high‑quality residential homes across Melbourne's northern suburbs. You will ensure each project is completed safely, on time, on budget, and to the company’s exacting standards while keeping clients informed throughout the build.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multiple new‑home builds from start to finish.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trade teams.
• Review plans, construction documentation, and schedule trades.
• Manage deliveries, site resources, and timelines.
• Conduct QA inspections and update ClickHome records.
• Control ETS spending and maintain company equipment.
• Uphold strong safety practices on site.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven residential construction experience, preferably in volume building.
• Strong trade coordination and site‑management capability.
• Qualification in Building & Construction.
• Solid knowledge of building codes and occupational health & safety.
• Confident communicator and effective problem‑solver.
• White Card and a valid driver’s licence (Builder’s Licence desirable).
