ServiceNow Administrator – 7+ Years – Melbourne/Sydney

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to join our team, supporting both Melbourne and Sydney locations. The successful candidate will own the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow platform.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute ServiceNow deployments and upgrades.
• Maintain and enhance ITSM modules including Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Catalog.
• Develop and manage update sets, workflows, and custom scripts.
• Monitor instance health, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years of overall IT experience with 7–9 years dedicated to ServiceNow administration.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – mandatory.
• Additional certifications such as CIS‑ITSM or CAD are a plus.

Required skills

• Strong hands‑on experience with ServiceNow platform administration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide API scripting.
• Solid knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog).
• Experience with update sets, workflow design, and instance management.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
