SEO Strategist – Melbourne

About the role

EarlyBird is looking for an SEO Strategist to own the strategic direction for a portfolio of small‑and‑medium business accounts. You will work closely with our creative and technical teams to develop data‑driven SEO plans that boost organic visibility and traffic for each client.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SEO strategy for multiple SMB accounts, aligning tactics with business goals and KPIs.
• Provide actionable insights on keyword research, content mapping, site audits and technical SEO.
• Manage client relationships, set expectations, and present performance reports.
• Guide clients on website structure and content optimisation for better SEO results.
• Analyse campaign progress using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Liaise with SEO Technicians to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members, share ideas and support continuous learning.
